CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may require the service to be reduced to a simpler design. If there is not enough time to complete the service SAFELY, the appointment will be cancelled without refund. No-shows are non-refundable and may affect future booking eligibility. Please allow extra time for traffic and parking, as appointment times cannot be extended.
